When will my card be charged?

 You will be charged immediately for the first box and at the beginning of each month for subsequent boxes. 

When will the product ship?

The first order will ship after we receive payment. In subsequent months we will ship out the product after the order cutoff date (20th of each month). If we receive an order after the cutoff, we may ship the order but the renewal will happen on the first of the subsequent month.  

How long will it take to arrive?

We ship using USPS, so it should take 5-7 business days to arrive once shipped.  We will send a shipping notice once it ships.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at anytime , but cancel before the 1st of the month so that you are not charged for that month's box. If you cancel after the first, you will be charged and will receive that month's box.

You can cancel your subscription using following these steps:

Log in to your account and click Subscriptions.

Click Active Subscriptions.

Click Manage Subscription.

Click Cancel Subscription.

Select Reason for Cancelling and provide Feedback.

Click Confirm and Cancel Subscription.
